Criminal Investigation Division (CID) is primarily responsible for conducting follow-up investigations to crimes. This includes obtaining search and arrest warrants as well as to gather evidence that leads to successful prosecution of criminal offenders and the recovery of stolen property.

CID is also responsible for sex offender registration and Crime Scene Investigation (CSI).

Lieutenant Stephanie Raymond

Commissioned with the Pampa Police Department in 1989. She is has served as the Criminal Investigations Division Commander since 2002.

Sergeant Beverly Chace

Commissioned with the Pampa Police Department in 1994. She is currently serving as the Criminal Investigations Division Sergeant since 2007. Chace has been serving as a detective since 2003.

Detective Casey Ingersoll

Commissioned with the Pampa Police Department in 2002. He has served as a detective since 2007.

Detective Dave Thomas

Commissioned with the Pampa Police Department in 2005. He has served as a detective since 2007.

Civilian Investigator Tony Zavala

Serving with the Pampa Police Department since 2007.

Sergeant Jack Dupy

Commissioned with the Pampa Police Department in 2003. He is currently assigned the task of overseeing the Crime Scene Investigation Unit.

The City of Pampa only registers sex offenders that live within the City of Pampa city limits. All sex offenders registered with the Pampa Police Department are promptly forwarded to the Texas Department of Public Safety and will be listed on their web site.
