Vandals Hit Local Business's again.
In the late evening hours of Saturday, January 5, 2005 vandals struck local businesses in Pampa. Eighteen businesses throughout the city were struck. The on-duty clerk at the Allsups store located at 309 N. Hobart was struck in the face with a piece of glass from a broken window. Luckily the clerk did not sustain serious injury in the incident. It is believed that the windows of these businesses were broken with possibly a BB/Pellet gun or something similar. Most of the business's reporting damage was along Brown, Fredrick and Hobart streets. There was approximately $10,000.00 in damages citywide.
