Pampa PD Officers Arrest four in Late Night Drug Bust

At around 12:42 A.M. on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 Pampa PD Officers were investigating a suspicious person in the 300 blk of S. Cuyler. Officer Rushing had observed several subjects acting peculiar around a 1987 Ford Bronco sitting in the 300 Blk of South Cuyler. As he approached he began to sense, what he believed to be, a possible Methamphetamine Lab in the making. As he and other officers began to investigate they uncovered numerous items related to the making of a clandestine methamphetamine lab.

 

The following people were arrested at the scene.

Bryan Humphrey age 19 of Pampa,

Nicole Ramey age 25 of Pampa,

Jacob Jenkins age 18 of Pampa, and

Hugh Parman age 20 of Pampa.

All four were booked into the Gray County Jail awaiting arraignment on the charge of Manufacture with intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance pending the Texas Department of Public Safety Lab results.
