TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO ARREST OF TWO PEOPLE ON DRUG RELATED CHARGES

PAMPA , TEXAS

On Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at around 12:03 A.M. Officer Chad Johnson made a traffic stop that lead to the arrest of Rod Lamond Donnell age 32 of Pampa on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Donnell was transported to Gray County Jail where he was booked in on the charges. As a result of this arrest officers were able to obtain a search warrant for Donnell's residence in the 1100 block of Varnon Drive where more narcotics were found. Officers recovered evidence that lead them to believe that the occupants were manufacturing and/or selling narcotics from the residence. As a result of the search officers arrested Diedra Eureka Davis age 27 of Pampa and charged her with Possession of a Controlled Substnace with intent to Manufacture and/or Deliver. The case is being prepared and will be presented to the Gray County District Attorney for review.
